• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information course and module) on Salud Educativa's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

General Rules and Procedures to Follow at SALUD EDUCATIVA, LLC.
➤ For safety reasons, if we offer any in-person workshops, minors or companions who are not registered participants will not be allowed.
➤ It is the participant’s responsibility to attend 100% of the workshop, whether virtual or in-person.
➤ Contact hours will not be made up due to participant absence and/or tardiness.
➤ If a participant arrives late or leaves before the workshop ends, contact hours will be adjusted based on the time attended.
➤ A certificate will be provided to the participant upon completion of the workshop. In the case of a module, the participant may obtain it after completing the exam.
➤ The participant is responsible for correcting any errors in their information on the Salud Educativa platform. If unable to do so, they must call the number or send an email listed in our contact information.
➤ If a participant loses their certificate, they may request a duplicate for $10.00 each. The duplicate will be available within two (2) business days after the request.
➤ Salud Educativa, LLC. reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet the minimum enrollment required.
➤ Full refunds will only be issued if the workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or internal company circumstances.
➤ If the participant does not attend on the day of the workshop, they will not be entitled to a refund or certificate.
➤ All cancellations must be made six (6) days before the course start date and will incur a 30% fee of the enrollment cost. After the six (6) day period, no refunds or changes will be made.
➤ No credit will be applied to other courses if you do not attend the course you enrolled in, unless you provide evidence of a situation that occurred on that date. Acceptable documentation includes a medical excuse, hospital emergency record, police report for a car accident, or airline ticket for unexpected travel.
➤ The participant is responsible for verifying with their respective Health Board whether the course they wish to take qualifies for Continuing Education credits. Salud Educativa, LLC. is not responsible if a participant enrolls in courses that are not approved or do not qualify for their profession. If a person enrolls in a workshop they have previously taken, no refund will be issued for this error.
